Wednesday, 25 June 2014 20:09 Written by

Recently reelected Rep. Steve Stockman (R-Texas) has barely had a chance to get his feet wet in Congress again, after serving one term from 1995-1997. But already he's making bold threats to file articles of impeachment against President Barack Obama over gun control measures being sought in the wake of December's mass shooting in Newtown, Conn.

In a statement released Monday, Stockman accused Obama of

The U.S. Senate passed a bill on Friday that reauthorizes and extends the FISA Amendments Act of 2008, a law that was originally meant to retroactively grant legal immunity to the Bush administration and telecoms, along with temporary authorization to wiretap non-Americans inside the United States without first having to acquire a warrant.
The law was set to expire at midnight on Friday, but the Senate’s vote means it will almost certainly be extended through December 2017.

Millions of GoDaddy sites reportedly taken offline by Anonymous

Tuesday, 25 September 2012 13:47 Written by

GoDaddy.com, the largest domain name registrar on the Web, has been taken offline, and a self-proclaimed member of the Anonymous hacktivism collective is taking responsibility.

The administrators of GoDaddy confirmed on Monday that they were suffering from technical issues, which the website TechCrunch reports to be impacting a multitude of websites and their affiliated email accounts that are hosted through the service. Although the company has not discussed the specifics yet, a self-described member of Anonymous says that he or she is responsible, a claim that has not been verified yet.

About Internet Deputy

This site is dedicated to exposing truths and ideas that are ignored, banished, or ridiculed by the mainstream media by sharing news stories, videos and articles from across the internet. Every American has a Constitutional Right to voice an opinion or thought regardless of what others think.  The First Amendment in the Bill of Rights states:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

We hold these words to be exact and set in stone!  There is no open interpretation or selected allowance for freedom of speech.  Every single United States citizen; born of, naturalized or otherwise; has this right!  Religious beliefs are being trampled on and suppressed on a daily basis by government and private citizens.  Voices are not being heard.  The vast majority of the country is being blatantly disregarded as ignorant and insignificant by the Mainstream Media and the Government.

We here at Internet Deputy will do what we can to assist those whose voices are being ignored, whose stories are not being given the exposure they should.  Believe us that Rights being trampled on in one part of this country DOES EFFECT the other parts of the country.  Allowing one “isolated event” of an abuse of power, will only led to the acceptance of this abuse as the norm.  Do not allow yourself to become complacent with this.  Speak up!  Have your voice heard!
