Federal Judge Allows Ohio To Continue Dismemberment Abortion
Blocks Bill That Would Prevent Babies From Being Ripped Out Piece By Piece

A federal judge temporarily blocked Ohio from enforcing its dismemberment abortion ban on Thursday.

The law, signed by Gov. John Kasich in December 2018, prohibits a common second-trimester abortion method in which the unborn baby is brutally torn limb from limb while their heart is still beating.
