White House said on Feb. 18 Obama would visit Havana March 21 and 22

President Barack Obama’s administration will announce further measures to ease travel and trade restrictions on Cuba on March 17, ahead of his historic visit to the Communist-ruled island this month, U.S. congressional sources said on Tuesday.
Details were still being worked out but the measures were likely to include changes to make it easier for individual Americans to visit Cuba if they qualify under 12 authorized categories of travel such as educational or cultural visits, as well as easing of trade and banking rules, said the sources, who were briefed on the matter by administration officials.
The White House said on Feb. 18 Obama would visit Havana March 21 and 22 in another step toward ending decades of animosity between the former Cold War foes. It will be the first visit to Cuba by a sitting U.S. president since 1928.
The White House has invited members of Congress to accompany the president, and congressional aides told Reuters about 20, mostly Obama’s fellow Democrats, were expected to go.

One Kent County precinct ran out of Democratic ballots during Michigan's primary election
By: Andrew Krietz, Amy Fox | WZZM13.com - MARCH 8, 2016
Polling places are busy on this primary election day in Michigan, with some locations reportedly running out of ballots.
Multiple callers at Plainfield Township precinct No. 3 — the Ambrose Ridge Apartments — told WZZM that Democratic ballots have run out.
There was some sort of miscommunication between the Kent County clerk’s office and this particular precinct, reports WZZM’s David Bailey. Democratic ballots destined for this precinct were sent to another by mistake, an official said.
They were without ballots for about two hours, and people were turned away.

"She seems to be guilty"
By: Anna Giaritelli | Washington Examiner - FEBRUARY 24, 2016
Donald Trump said Monday night that he believes Hillary Clinton will likely get away with her use of a private email server while she was secretary of state, but said that as president, it’s only fair that he’d look to prosecute Clinton.
Fox News’ Sean Hannity asked Trump in front of a live Nevada audience if his attorney general would go after Clinton should an investigation find she broke the law while serving in the Obama administration.
“You have no choice,” Trump replied. “In fairness, you have to look into that.”
“She seems to be guilty,” he said. “But you know what, I wouldn’t even say that.”
“This case is about the public’s right to know," says US district court judge

A federal judge on Tuesday ruled that State Department officials and top aides to Hillary Clinton should be questioned under oath about whether they intentionally thwarted federal open records laws by using or allowing the use of a private email server throughout Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.
The decision by U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan of Washington came in a lawsuit over public records brought by Judicial Watch, a conservative legal watchdog group, regarding its May 2013 request, for information about the employment arrangement of Huma Abedin, a longtime Clinton aide.
A State Department official said that the department is aware of the order and that it is reviewing it but declined to comment further, citing the ongoing litigation.
Although it was not immediately clear whether the government will appeal, Sullivan set an April deadline for parties to lay out a detailed investigative plan that would extend well beyond the limited and carefully worded explanations of the use of the private server that department and Clinton officials have given.
